Jee Kin is the founder and managing partner of the firm. An experienced and senior lawyer with 30 years of experience in civil litigation (personal injuries, corporate matters) and corporate advisory and transaction work. Jee Kin’s corporate experience is not only limited to Singapore, but has been the head of legal matters in several international companies, including those from the US and China. He has worked on several international matters including refinery construction, construction of international airports, acquisition of shipyards and disputes with aircraft manufacturers. Jee Kin is also an experienced Company Secretary, having been the Company Secretary for several listed companies in Singapore.

Joseph started legal practice in 1996 and handled various fields of legal practice both in civil and criminal litigation in the State Courts, High Court and the Court of Appeal. The areas of law which Joseph practises in include insurance law, criminal law, probate and estate matters, corporate and commercial law, landlord and tenant disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, workmen’s compensation, industrial and road traffic accident claims and debt recovery.
Joseph is a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public of the Republic of Singapore. He is conversant in both French and Malay and is able to advise foreign clients and additionally peruse, draft and translate their documents for use in Singapore.
Zack Yong

Zack possesses more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and fund management, with strong expertise in corporate finance, as well as corporate advisory and structuring. His previous appointments in consulting companies and hedge funds gave him a deep foundation in M&A transactions, debt restructuring as well as transactions involving listed companies.
